Posting HTML

I'm sure many of you have wondered how to place HTML code within your blog posts without browsers interpreting what the html was designed for. For example, writing How-To-Tutorials and wanting the code available for someone else to copy/paste.

You must encode your html. You can do it manually by replacing the following:

Replace < (i.e. less than sign) with<
Replace >(i.e. greater than sign) with>
Replace “ (i.e. quote mark) with "e;

Well this can be a nightmare when you are looking at encoding an entire template. Luckily for all of us, you can use the tool on this site to automatically encode your html.
